SUCCESS STORIES OF THE ALUMNI

ACHIEVEMENTS - FROM SCHOOL TO PROFESSIONAL CAREER

I feel very proud in telling my achievements from my school life to completion of my professional degree. This whole period of life is around 18 years and during this period.

I really worked very hard to attain my targeted goals which i had set in my life. The goals I set in life to become doctor, was decided when i was studying in school. In the initial period of my school days my parents especially my mother gave me full support not only in teaching but also encourage and boost me in achieving my targets.

I was always among the good students in my school and secured either of the 1st, 2nd or 3rd positions. This was only possible because of my dedicated teachers and my mother’s efforts who used to teach me at home after my school.

When I came in class seven; I joined DHA School Phase VII Karachi that school boost me further in my studies as well as groomed me to meet my professional challenges. School teachers of my class were professionally trained and dedicated to students, their method of teaching was so good that they opened minds of the students and helped us build clear concepts.

When I passed my intermediate examination from DHA Degree College Phase VIII Karachi in “A-one grade, I was very happy that now I am close to my goals. After that I started preparation for the entrance exams of dow health &medical sciences university Karachi.  I got admitted on merit at Dow Medical College. After doing 5 years of strenuous hardwork, I qualified MBBS. During these five years I also took “USMLE” exams for further specialization in the field of medicine; which I also passed successfully.  When I passed “USMLE” exam i got the degree of MD; which was real pride for me and my family. now I am doing residency at a hospital in Syracuse near New York USA. when I was selected for residency programme my picture was tagged as a Pakistani MD doctor along with the other foreign and local doctors in the hospital magazine which made me feel very proud and thankful to god for achieving this accomplishment.

Now when I look back to my past I feel that I should pay my gratitude to my parents and teachers who are really my career builders and mentors.

having all said above i am thankful to my almighty Allah without “his will and supports” I could not achieve this level of success.
